Task 2: Project-Level Metrics Understand and analyze a project manager¿s use of software metrics; solve a complex project management problem with proposed metrics (report and presentation); critique other teams' solutions; and capture/measure learnings. Task 3: Portfolio-Level Metrics Understand and analyze a portfolio/program manager¿s use of software metrics; solve a complex management problem for a mixed portfolio of projects that employ a diverse range of agile and disciplined approaches (report and presentation); critique other teams' solutions; and capture/measure learnings. Task 4: Reflection Assess individual and team learning, using data gathered with the team¿s metrics for the learning objectives as well as observations of additional learning.
