In this course, students assess the effectiveness of curricula by considering how well the program facilitates learning as reflected in learners¿ performance outcomes. They also examine the process and the informativeness of student assessment. Recent projects include: Collecting data and performing a taxonomic analysis of feedback exchanges between mentors and teams in the Carnegie Mellon West Software Engineering program, in order to develop a standardized web-based performance assessment support tool.
