In this course students learn to facilitate various aspects of delivery of actual curricula by training program faculty in a mentoring style of teaching, observing how well delivery is working for faculty and learners, and suggesting and implementing changes in delivery practices as needed. Students learn to monitor three main areas of program delivery: the pace and the complexity of student tasks, the effectiveness of mentors and program faculty, and the effectiveness of online support resources that the curricula provide. Students may implement immediate changes to program elements or make recommendations for future deliveries. Below is a recent example of a delivery project: Developing and observing an extensive curriculum pilot for Santa Clara University on Market Analysis for Entrepreneurs. The student¿s work includes training mentors and refining this performance support materials based on observations of student performance.
